Cancellation Policy:

  1. Digital Products (Courses, Materials)
    • All sales of digital products on ENSCO TRAINING & CONSULTANCY PORTAL are final
    • No cancellations or refunds will be provided for digital courses or materials once the purchase is complete
    • Users are encouraged to review course details, including content, requirements, and compatibility, before making a purchase.
  2. Physical Products (Books, Certificates)
    • Cancellation requests for physical product orders will be considered if submitted within 7 days of placing the order.
    • To initiate a cancellation, users must contact our customer support team at admin@ensco.training or +966595554553.
    • Cancellation requests received after the specified timeframe may not be processed.

Replacement Policy:

  1. Digital Products (Courses, Materials)
    • In the event of technical issues or difficulties accessing digital content, users should contact our customer support team for assistance.
    • If a technical issue prevents the successful completion of a course, ENSCO TRAINING & CONSULTANCY PORTAL may, at its discretion, provide access to an alternative course or offer technical support for refund/cancelation.
  2. Physical Products (Books, Certificates):
    • Replacement requests for damaged or defective physical products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • To initiate a replacement, users must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items and contact our customer support team at admin@ensco.training or +966595554553.
    • Replacement requests made after the specified timeframe may not be considered.

Refund for Physical Products

  • Refunds for physical product orders will only be considered if a replacement is not possible.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
