Digital Products (Courses, Materials, etc.):

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
    • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all our digital products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the date of purchase.
  2. Eligibility for Refund:
    • To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must not have been fully accessed or downloaded. If the product has been substantially utilized, we may not be able to process the refund.
  3. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@ensco.training within the 7 refund period. Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.
  4. Refund Timeframe:
    • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 Business Days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Physical Products (Textbooks, Certificates, etc.)

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact our customer support team at admin@ensco.training within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  2. Return Shipping Costs:
    • If a return is necessary for physical items, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item).
  3. Refund Process:
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund. Refunds for damaged or defective items will include both the original shipping cost and the cost of the item.
